This Asian-inspired cocktail was concocted by the manufacturers of Gekkeikan Nigori Sake, one of the largest sake makers in Japan.

Ingredients
- 2-1/2 ounces sake
- 1-1/2 ounces green tea
- 1 slice fresh cantaloupe
- 1 barspoon simple syrup
- edible flower to garnish
Directions
- Place the cantaloupe into a cocktail shaker and muddle well.
- Add the sake, green tea and simple syrup to the shaker and then fill with ice.
- Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish the drink with an edible flower and then serve immediately.
