This Asian-inspired cocktail was concocted by the manufacturers of Gekkeikan Nigori Sake, one of the largest sake makers in Japan.

Place the cantaloupe into a cocktail shaker and muddle well.
Add the sake, green tea and simple syrup to the shaker and then fill with ice.
Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish the drink with an edible flower and then serve immediately.
