If your local liquor store does not offer applejack then use an apple brandy or apple schnapps instead, although it is not as preferable.
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce grenadine
- 2 ounces applejack
- Pre-chill a cocktail glass by placing in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and then add the lemon juice, grenadine and applejack.
- Vigorously shake the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into the prepared glass; serve immediately.
