It’s So Cheesy Potato Hash Browns

Easy, cheesy, slow cooked hash browns


  • 1 (2 pounds) package frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans Mexican style cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 2 cups crushed cheddar cheese flavored crackers, divided
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Mix together the potatoes, soup, milk and half the crackers in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Sprinkle with the remaining crackers and cheese. Cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
