Italian Zucchini Casserole is topped with Parmesan and flavored with the spices of Italy.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds zucchini, grated
- 1 onion, grated
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- salt and pepper
- 1 package Italian seasoned dressing mix
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except Parmesan and put in a buttered casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
