Vegetable stock is famous in Italy and is best for healthy meals.

Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes, chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 turnips, chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  1. Take a large pan and place potatoes, onions, carrots, turnips, celery and tomatoes in it.
  2. Add salt to it and boil in 7 cups of water.
  3. Cook it on sim for about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Strain well and serve warm.
