- 12 cherry tomatoes, sliced in halves
- 1 ounce mozzarella cheese, cut in cubes
- 4 pitted black olives, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fat-free Italian salad dressing
- Combine everything together and toss lightly. Refrigerate until cold and serve over lettuce.
