Slow cooked Italian beef roast.
- 3-4 pound rump roast
- 1 cup water
- 1 (7/8 ounce) package Italian dressing mix
- 1 (1 ounce) package au jus gravy mix
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Place the roast in the slow cooker.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour over the roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
