Slow cooked, hearty sausage and hash brown casserole.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian sausage, browned and drained
- 1 (16 ounce) package hash brown potatoes with peppers and onions
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
