Slow cooked italian sausage over spaghetti noodles.
- 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (16 ounce) package hot or mild Italian sausage, cut into 6 links
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine
- Place the bell pepper and onions in the slow cooker. Combine the garlic, sausage, spaghettie sauce and wine in a separate bowl. Mix in with the vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 4-5 hours. Serve over hot spaghetti noodles.
