Italian Rice Salad is a great addition to any meal.
- 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1, 10 ounce package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- Blend dressing with mayonaise. Stir in vegetables and rice. Toss well. Chill until ready to serve.
