Limoncello is a famous Italian after-dinner liqueur. In this cocktail it is blended with vodka, soda and mint to create a refreshing lemony beverage.

Put the limoncello and vodka into a cocktail shaker and then fill with ice.
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 35 seconds and then add the soda water and the fresh mint.
Stir the mixture to combine and then pour into a rocks cocktail glass. Serve immediately.
