This is a great dish to serve with ham. Leave the bacon out for the vegetarians.
Ingredients
- 3 slices of bacon, cut up
- 2 cans green beans, drained
- 1 small red onion sliced
- 1 can of Italian tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a pan brown the bacon pieces and onion.
- Add the green beans and tomatoes.
- Add the salt and pepper.
- Stir well over medium heat until it bubbles.
