Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds rump roast
- 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
- 2 cups mild giardiniera
Directions
- Place the roast in the slow cooker and cover with the broth and giardiniera. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Shred beef and serve on buns.
