Slow cooked rump roast.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 pounds rump roast
  • 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
  • 2 cups mild giardiniera

Directions

  1. Place the roast in the slow cooker and cover with the broth and giardiniera. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  2. Shred beef and serve on buns.
