This delightful drink is made with Italian sweet vermouth, light rum and apple brandy. The taste is sweet, light and deceivingly harmless.

Place the rum, apple brandy and vermouth into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Stir the mixture to combine for 20 seconds, and then strain into a cocktail glass; serve immediately.
