This delightful drink is made with Italian sweet vermouth, light rum and apple brandy. The taste is sweet, light and deceivingly harmless.


  • 1-1/2 ounces light rum
  • 3/4 ounce apple brandy
  • 1/4 ounce Italian sweet vermouth


  1. Place the rum, apple brandy and vermouth into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Stir the mixture to combine for 20 seconds, and then strain into a cocktail glass; serve immediately.
