This is a great dessert to serve after dinner.
- 1/2 cup irish cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups half and half
- 8 cups crushed ice
- Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
- Pour into a container and freeze.
- Serve and garnish with mint leaves.
