This recipe for Indian curry salad is given an enjoyable tang of creamy flavor by substituting almost all of the mayonnaise for plain Greek yogurt.


  • 4 cooked chicken breasts, cut into medium sized pieces
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 2-1/2 cup red grapes, sliced in half
  • 2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Curry Powder
  • Salt to taste


  1. Place the mayonnaise, yogurt, curry, sugar and a few pinches of salt into a bowl and mix well until blended.
  2. Add the chicken, onions, grapes, almonds and pineapple and stir well to combine. Cover the salad and place in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour prior to serving.
