Pisco is a smooth liquor made from distilled gapes, with a yellow/amber color that is the result of the wood-aging process.


  • 2 orange slices
  • 1 lime slice
  • 1-1/2 ounces pisco
  • 1 ounce orange-flavored liqueur
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Ice


  1. Place the orange and lime slices into a cocktail shaker and muddle well.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and then add the pisco, orange-flavored liqueur and bitters.
  3. Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into a rocks cocktail glass filled with fresh ice; serve immediately.
