Impossible Taco Pie

Serve Impossible Taco Pie with a tossed green salad and lots of tortilla chips.


  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup Chedder or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • sour cream, if desired


  1. Brown beef, onions and taco seasoning mix until beef is no longer pink. Put in a 9 inch pie plate.
  2. In a small bowl, mix Bisquick, milk and eggs; blend well. Pour over meat mixture. Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes. Top with cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting into wedges. Serve with tomatoes and sour cream, if desired.
