Made with creme de menthe, Ice Cream Grasshoppers are a classic favorite.
- 8 chocolate wafers, finely crushed
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 tablespoon creme de menthe liquor
- In small bowl with mixer at low speed, beat ice cream with creme de menthe until blended. Into four freezer safe dessert glasses, layer ice cream mixture with chocolate wafer crumbs. Freeze until ready to serve.
