Creamy tuna curry, served over rice.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup choped green pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 can of tuna, broken into bite size pieces
Directions
- Heat the onion, green pepper and garlic in the butter until tender.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients and heat through, stirring frequently.
