Slow cooked hearty chicken and potatoes.
- 6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 2 onions, sliced
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- Place the potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker. Layer with the onion and then the chicken. Pour the soup over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 4-5 hours.
