A healthy dip to use during the holidays or anytime.
Ingredients
- 1 can garbanzo peas, drained
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup salsa
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and mix on meduim until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Make a hole in the middle of the bowl.
- Spoon Salsa into the hole.
- Sprinle with paprika.
- Chill before serving.
