Slow cooked beef and bean stew.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds stewing beef, cubed
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 1 cup barbeque sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups corn
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Directions

  1. Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours.
