Slow cooked beef and bean stew.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds stewing beef, cubed
- 2 cups salsa
- 1 cup barbeque sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Directions
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours.
