Hot Potato Salad will be a hit at any picnic.
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled, reserve drippings
- 5 potatoes, cooked in skins and cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
Directions
- Combine potatoes, bacon and onion in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients to the reserved bacon drippings in skillet. Heat thoroughly, stirring constantly. Pour over potatoe mixture and mix well.
