Use regular ground coffee, not instant, for this spicy and sweet coffee beverage treat.
- 6 tablespoons ground coffee
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 1 tablespoon chopped crystallized or candied ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 cups cold water
- Whipped cream and chocolate syrup to garnish
- Place the coffee, orange peel, ginger and cinnamon in a coffee filter, and place in a coffee machine to brew.
- Pour the coffee into mugs and garnish with some whipped cream and chocolate syrup. Serve immediately.
