This gin and Madeira wine-based beverage is full of spicy and aromatic ingredients making it a truly enjoyable warm punch to sip on cold, winter nights.
Ingredients
- 3 teacups of gin
- 3 teacups of Madeira wine
- 3 cloves
- Pinch of grated nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
- 6 large lemon and orange twists
- Small slice of orange
- 1 slice fresh pineapple
- 4 large spoons of honey
- Juice of 2 lemons
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a saucepan and gently simmer over medium-low heat for 25 minutes.
- Stain the hot liquid into a cup or cocktail glass, and serve immediately.
