Creamy hot fudge sauce for ice cream or brownies.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Mix together the cocoa, sugar, syrup, cream, salt and margarine in a saucepan. Continue heating, stirring often, over low heat until it comes to a boil.
- Continue heating for three minutes, stirring twice.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
