Turkey franks on a stick dipped in cheese and rolled in crackers.
- 4 wooden skewers
- 4 cooked turkey franks
- 1 (8 ounce) jar cheese spread
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 cup crushed cracker, pretzel or bread crumbs
- Insert the skewers into the turkey franks.
- Heat the cheese spread and milk in a saucepan, stirring constantly, until the cheese is melted.
- Dip the turkey franks in the cheese and roll in the crackers until coated.
