Hot Clams Oregano is a great party dip.
- 2 cans minced clams, reserve 1/2 can juice
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3/4 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- Combine all ingredients. Pour into a small baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve with crackers.
