- 1 2 pound bricks of velveeta cheese
- 1 16 ounce can whole tomatoes
- 1/2 small yellow onion
- 1 small can diced chile ortegas
- Chop onion.
- Drain and chop up tomatoes.
- Add all ingredients together and melt over low fire, stirring constantly.
