This hot cabbage slaw has only 65 calories per serving! Wonderful diet side dish.
Ingredients
- 4 cups coarsely shredded red or green cabbage
- 1 (16 ounce) can cut green beans, drained
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vinegar
Directions
- Heat everything together in a saucepan until it boils. Reduce to a simmer, continue cooking uncovered, tossing occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
