This hot cabbage slaw has only 65 calories per serving! Wonderful diet side dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups coarsely shredded red or green cabbage
  • 1 (16 ounce) can cut green beans, drained
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vinegar

Directions

  1. Heat everything together in a saucepan until it boils. Reduce to a simmer, continue cooking uncovered, tossing occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
