Hot Brie with Toasted Almonds is a great appetizer for when unexpected guests drop by. Serve with pumpernickel toast rounds or water crackers.
- 1 package Brie cheese
- 1 cup almonds, toasted and slivered
- assorted crackers, pumpernickel and/or water
- Puncture the top of the Brie. Sprinkle almonds evenly over the top.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes or until cheese begins to expand. Serve immediately.
