Ingredients
- 1-1/2 ounces brandy
- 1 small egg
- 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
- Hot milk
- Freshly ground nutmeg to garnish
Directions
- Place the brandy, egg and sugar into a heat-safe glass and beat with a stick blender until smooth.
- Fill the glass with hot milk and then garnish with a dusting of freshly ground nutmeg; serve immediately.
