Parmesan and artichoke cracker spread.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped
- 1 cup of canned artichoke hearts, chopped
- Combine all the ingredients and spread 1 teaspoon onto bite sized pieces of round toast. Broil until light brown.
