This cocktail gets its name from the thick, spiral lemon peel that is used to garnish this brandy, Angostura bitters and ginger beer drink.
- 2 ounces brandy
- dash Angostura bitters
- ginger beer
- 1 long, thick lemon peel spiral
- Arrange the lemon spiral in a cocktail glass so that it wraps itself around the inside of the glass and then hangs over the rim.
- Fill the glass with ice, pour in the brandy and the bitters and then top with the ginger beer; serve immediately.
