Serve Horseradish Mold along side a tender roast pork or beef for an unusual but delicious side dish.
- 1 package lemon gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2, 5 ounce jars hot horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped
- Dissolve jello in hot water. Drain horseradish and add vinegar to jello. Allow to cool and begin to set. Add drained horseradish and salt.
- Fold in whipped cream. Pour into a greased quart ring mold or smaller molds. Chill until set.
