Horseradish Mold

Serve Horseradish Mold along side a tender roast pork or beef for an unusual but delicious side dish.


  • 1 package lemon gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2, 5 ounce jars hot horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped


  1. Dissolve jello in hot water. Drain horseradish and add vinegar to jello. Allow to cool and begin to set. Add drained horseradish and salt.
  2. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into a greased quart ring mold or smaller molds. Chill until set.
