The creamy and nutty taste of the Horchata pairs exceptionally well with the dark rum in this simple yet delicious cocktail. A great drink to serve for Cinco de Mayo.


  • Ice
  • 2 ounces Horchata
  • 1 1/2 ounces aged dark rum
  • 1/2 ounce Frangelico


  1. Place the Horchata, rum and Frangelico into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
  2. Stir to combine until the mixture has chilled and then pour into a rocks cocktail glass and serve immediately.
