- 3 (15 ounce) cans black-eyed peas with liquid
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (6.2 ounce) package parmesan-butter rice mix
- 2 cups cooked, chopped ham
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1-3/4 cups water
- Mix everything together in a greased slow cooker. Cook covered for 2-4 hours on low.
