This simple and sweet vinaigrette made with honey and white balsamic vinegar is a delicious way to provide contrast to a peppery arugula or endive salad.


  • 1-1/2 teaspoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


  1. Place the vinegar, honey, salt and pepper into a small bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Slowly pour in the oil and whisk vigorously until completely blended. Serve immediately.
