Tamari is a Japanese condiment that is made by fermenting soy sauce. Its rich taste is highly complimented by the sweetness of honey in this Asian-inspired recipe for dressing.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons tamari
- 3 teaspoons honey
- 1 clove garlic
- one 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
Directions
- Place the olive oil, sesame oil, vinegar, tamari, honey, garlic and ginger into a blender and puree the mixture until smooth. Serve immediately.
