This sweet and spicy glaze, made with honey, horseradish and Dijon mustard, works well on rich and oilier types of fish such as salmon.
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish, drained
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Place the mustard, horseradish, honey and a few pinches of salt and pepper into a bowl and whisk vigorously to blend; use glaze immediately.
