Homestyle honey glazed carrot dish.
Ingredients
- 3 cups sliced carrots
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Add the salt to the water and bring to a boil. Stir in the carrots and return to a boil.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients and reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook until tender.
