Crunchy coated honey baked chicken.
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix together the honey, mustard, garlic and onion. Dip the chicken breasts and roll in the flakes.
- Arrange on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
