Making your own mustard will give you a fresher, zestier and bolder condiment than the store-bought variety.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup yellow mustard seeds
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1-1/2 teaspoon sugar
Directions
- Place the mustard seeds in a small bowl with the vinegar and the water, making sure they are covered completely. Allow to soak for 2 days.
- Add the sugar to the bowl and mix well until sugar has dissolved.
