Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 egg whites, beaten
Directions
- Mix and sift dry ingredients together. Combine milk and egg yolks and gradually add to dry ingredients. Add melted butter and beat until creamy. Fold in beaten egg whites. Refrigerate 1-2 hours.
