Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 egg whites, beaten

Directions

  1. Mix and sift dry ingredients together. Combine milk and egg yolks and gradually add to dry ingredients. Add melted butter and beat until creamy. Fold in beaten egg whites. Refrigerate 1-2 hours.
