Homemade vanilla ice cream recipe. You will need an ice cream freezer to make the ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 quart milk
  • 2 pints, light cream
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoons vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine everything but the vanilla in a sauce pan. Heat until little beads appear. Remove and add in the vanilla. Mix well and pour into the ice cream freezer.
