Homemade vanilla ice cream recipe. You will need an ice cream freezer to make the ice cream.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 quart milk
- 2 pints, light cream
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoons vanilla
Directions
- Combine everything but the vanilla in a sauce pan. Heat until little beads appear. Remove and add in the vanilla. Mix well and pour into the ice cream freezer.
