Homemade Fruity Granola is sweetened with honey and dried apricots.
Ingredients
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1, 3 1/2 ounce can coconut, flaked
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup dried apricots
Directions
- Spread oats in an ungreased 9 by 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Stir in coconuts, nuts and wheat germ. Add honey, oil and vanilla. Mix until dry ingredients are well coated.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. After removing from oven, stir in raisins and apricots. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
