Homemade Fruity Granola is sweetened with honey and dried apricots.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1, 3 1/2 ounce can coconut, flaked
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots

Directions

  1. Spread oats in an ungreased 9 by 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Stir in coconuts, nuts and wheat germ. Add honey, oil and vanilla. Mix until dry ingredients are well coated.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. After removing from oven, stir in raisins and apricots. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
