  • 2 English muffins
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons low fat milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 4 slices low fat turkey bacon, pre-cooked


  1. Toast English muffin until halfway toasted.
