Slow cooked home-style roast.
- 4-6 pounds potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 4 carrots sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 (14 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
- 3 pounds chuck roast, browned
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Arrange the vegetables in the slow cooker. Add the tomatoes and mix well.
- Place roast on top. Sprinkle with salt.
- Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
