Holiday Treats are layered pudding bars flavored with cream cheese and chocolate.

For Crust: Mix together first 3 ingredients until crumbly. Pat crust into a 9 by 13 inch baking pan. Spread chips over crust, bake at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Filling: Mix cream cheese with confectioner's sugar, fold in 1 cup of whipping cream. Spread over crust.
Mix chocolate pudding with milk until thick, spread over cream cheese layer.
Mix vanilla pudding with milk until thick, spread over chocolate pudding layer.
Spread remainder of whipping cream on top of vanilla pudding. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
